I’m Einat Shinar, founder of Food for the Body and Soul. I am a certified nutrition, mindset, and wellness coach with a specialty in peri/menopause.

That’s exactly where I come in. I teach women how to make peace with their bodies, lose weight permanently, sleep better, and feel energized—without extreme diets or endless frustration. Using science-backed nutrition and the power of whole foods, holistic tools, and simple, realistic tweaks, I help them navigate hormonal changes, prevent insulin resistance, and keep their brain sharp—so they can feel strong, confident, and show up every day.
Unlike other wellness programs that focus on restrictions, in my 12-week Path to Health program my clients continue to enjoy the foods they love and never feel deprived as they reach their goals while implementing a variety of holistic tools and practices such as EFT Tapping, Reiki, and more.
